Do I need an account to watch videos?

Free videos are available without a subscription. Creating an account lets you save playlists and track what you have watched. Educational and Professional plans unlock additional collections.

Is there a free trial?

No. Pixodent does not offer trials. The Free tier includes a curated set of videos you can explore anytime.

What is the difference between Educational and Professional?

Educational is built for learning and coursework. Professional is built for dentists and practices who need patient-focused explanations and advanced procedure visuals.

What is Teacher mode?

Teacher mode is an additional subscription available with Educational mode. It is built for instructors who want to present Pixodent videos in a classroom or training setting, and it includes access to all Professional videos. Professional users can also toggle freely to Teacher mode to share videos with students instead of patients.

Can I play videos on 2 devices simultaneously?

Yes. Professional plan users can play on up to 2 devices at the same time. For example, on a lobby TV for waiting patients and on a chairside tablet for a patient consultation.

What should I do if playback is buffering?

Check your connection, close bandwidth-heavy apps, and try a different browser. The player adapts quality automatically to keep playback smooth.
